1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using First Nibble ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Apple Standard EULA

First Nibble uses the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this App, you also agree to Apple's Standard EULA, which governs your use of apps downloaded through the App Store.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

First Nibble offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option to unlock premium features ("First Nibble Pro"):

• Monthly subscription — billed monthly
• Annual subscription — billed annually
• Lifetime purchase — one-time payment

4. Subscription Terms

For auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Description of Service

First Nibble is a baby food introduction tracker that helps parents track their child's journey with solid foods. The App provides food recommendations, reaction logging, and progress tracking. Premium features include allergen tracking, custom foods, notes and reactions, and smart reminders.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The content provided in First Nibble is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider before introducing new foods to your child, especially if your child has known allergies or medical conditions.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
