How do I restore my purchases?

Go to the Settings tab in the app and tap "Restore Previous Purchases". This will restore any in-app purchases tied to your Apple ID or Google account.

I'm having trouble with an in-app purchase

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a valid payment method linked to your Apple ID or Google account. If the issue persists, try restarting the app and attempting the purchase again. You can also contact us at info@innovius.ai for further assistance.

How do I request a refund?

In-app purchases are processed through Apple or Google. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple purchases or the Google Play Help Center for Android purchases.

The app is not loading or crashing

Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Ensure your device is running the latest OS version. If the problem continues, email us at info@innovius.ai with details about your device and the issue.

Is my data safe?

Yes. First Nibble stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, or share your personal information or your child's food tracking data. No account is required to use the app.

How do I switch between children?

Go to the Settings tab and select the child you want to track. You can manage up to 4 children, each with their own independent food journey.
